ABOUT US
Bimiz Group has started its activity on the market of freshly frozen fruits and vegetables in 1988.
Since then the company has been developing at a rapid pace to become one of the biggest Polish deep frozen vegetables and fruits producer. For over 30 years we have purchased, processed, frozen and sold high quality fruits and vegetables supplied by certified farmers from the ecologically cleanest regions of Poland. Thanks to our fairness, reliability and high standards of the production process, we have earned trust and loyalty of our suppliers and customers.
We offer fruits, vegetables, vegetable and fruit mixes, soups and ready meals for retail and food service partners under FROZANA brand or under our clients’ brands.
Most of the products supplied by us are intended for the European Union, although they reach many countries around the world. Our products are delivered to a group of well-known and reputable clients, which include:
- Industrial clients (producers of yogurts, baby food, preserves, jams, other food products using frozen fruits and vegetables),
- Producers of organic food,
- Wholesalers,
- Chains of stores (deliveries under the client’s brand and under FROZANA brand),
- Food service clients (chains of restaurants or individual),
- Confectioneries and Bakeries,
- Ice Cream producers.

PRODUCTION
Continuous development of the Company over the last few decades has been accompanied by constant improving and modernizing of the production process: from seeds’ supply to the farmers, agricultural trainings, cultivation control, harvest time and delivery, through cleaning, blanching, cutting, freezing, sorting, storing, packing to shipping.
The main objective of our agricultural policy is to keep the safety of products through their full traceability and control of the entire supply chain ”from field to plate”.
ECOLOGICAL
PRODUCTION
The raw material for the production of organic frozen vegetables and fruits comes exclusively from Polish certified organic farms.
In our fields located in clean Lublin region we do not use chemical pesticides, growth hormones or artificial fertilizers. It is important that organic farms are located in areas with clean soil, water and air, not polluted by the infrastructure or the impact of the industry.
Organic farms are supervised by independent, professional certification organizations. A systematic control of soil samples guarantees complete absence of pesticides and fertilizers.
The raw material used for production is not genetically modified and the seeds and seedlings used by suppliers are certified organic products.
In order to ensure high quality frozen fruits and vegetables we monitor each step of the production process, performing laboratory tests of samples of raw material.

Our fruits and vegetables are healthy, natural, tasty and above all do not include any preservatives or artificial ingredients.
We obtain top quality products thanks to the very strict control conducted over the production process, beginning with seeds’ selection, cultivation monitoring, purchasing of raw materials in accordance with our agricultural policy, ending with packing and final shipping deep frozen products.
We execute numerous chemical, microbiological laboratory tests and we carefully check weight and temperature at every stage of production process. All these procedures are strictly monitored to keep high safety standards, natural nutritive values, taste and color of our fruits and vegetables.
We sign purchase contracts with time-tested farmers, located in ecologically cleanest regions of Poland. It guarantees receiving only top quality raw material from reliable farmers and fields.
Freshly harvested fruits and vegetables are transported directly to the plants as quickly as possible in order to keep their natural freshness and maximum content of vitamins and minerals before freezing.

We deliver full assortment of our frozen products to our industrial partners in 20/25 kg bags or in 10 kg cartons. Our offer includes:
- fruits: strawberry, sour cherry, raspberry, plum, black currant, red currant, blueberry, aronia, gooseberry, elderberry, blackberry and others,
- vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, green and yellow bean, spinach, Brussels sprouts, leek, pepper, onion, courgette, kale, cabbage, kohlrabi, rhubarb, fennel and others
