léchard was the 1st French industrial company to engage in the manufacturing of Butterghee in the late 1950s. Nowadays, we are still the first French exporter of this type of product.
Our wide expertise in the concentration of milk fat allows us to develop specific products, such as cow butterghee, sheep Butterghee and other anhydrous milk fats.

Pure Cow Butterghee 99,8% fat
Our butterghee ‘la Vache de Paris’ is made from butter which has the water and non-fat milk solids removed by centifugation. Appreciated for its gustative qualities, this product is suitable both for cooking and pastry-making.
It is available in different packaging adapted to your processes (industrial or domestic). The taste of this product is really appreciated by our consumers from Asia and Middle East.

Cheese specialities
Based in Normandy, a region known for its rich dairy production, Fléchard Company enjoys a first class raw material for the production of its fresh or analogue cheese. With our expertise and state-of-the-art equipment, this raw material enables us to distribute a product known for its highest quality.
The use of this cheese is diverse and multiple. It varies according to consumption habits of the market where it will be distributed. It can be use to enhance your salads, as a cheese spread or as an ingredient for your favourite recipes or cooked dishes
White cheese
This delicious cheese is produced with cow’s milk collected in our region. This pasteurised cheese is soft and without crust. It is obtained by concentrating milk through a ultra-filtration process.
