Gradually, the company built two production plants – a dairy plant in the town of Stamboliyski with a daily capacity of up to 80 tons of fresh Bulgarian milk and a meat processing plant in Plovdiv with a daily capacity of up to 30 tons of meat.

Innovations

There are about 500 producers in the meat and dairy industry in the country. The competition is serious, and customers are price-sensitive.

“For example, we were the first to introduce a flat sausage F70 caliber.”

“Dimitar Madjarov” is also the first company in the industry that offers a range of cheese and yellow cheese – from cow’s milk, sheep’s milk, goat’s milk and buffalo’s milk, and later such yoghurt. The bio dairy products are certified according to the European standards for organic production. They are made of organic cow’s milk from a certified farm in Bulgaria, where the cows graze freely on pure green pastures.

Dimitar Madjarov’s first export was cheese for Australia, New Zealand and Lebanon. Today the company is present almost all over Europe and in countries such as Lebanon, Israel, etc.

Cheese and dairy assortment

The most wanted products outside Bulgaria are the cow and sheep cheese, cow yoghurt, yellow cheese, sausage, semi-finished meat products. The export quantity has been growing every year, mainly in the dairy products, which are popular for their excellent taste.
