About company
Day and Night LTD is one of the largest wafer manufacturers in Bulgaria.
We produce wide variety of wafers and biscuits, different in taste and size, under the brand names Borovets, Day&Night, Yuppie and Yolli. All products are developed to suit the specific tastes and requirements of the global markets.
In our factory in Gorna Oryahovitsa we have applied the HACCP system and the Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices to meet all stringent European quality standards and requirements for food production.
Our Food Safety and Quality Management Systems are certified
to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018.

In order to ensure the fine quality and safety of our products, we have certified our production according to the stringent standards and quality requirements of the food industry in EU.
We have implemented the food safety and quality management systems according to ISO 9001:2015 и ISO 22000:2018. We are also a HALAL certified company, which means that our products can be consumed according to the Islamic religion.
Our production organization and control is monitored and managed by a team of marketing managers, production managers, HACCP and food safety experts.
Our company received the most votes from the respondents in the latest survey of the Swiss organization ICERTIAS – International Certification Association GmbH. With online questionnaire among 1,200 respondents in Bulgaria made in January 2016 the QUDAL – QUality medal Bulgaria 2016/2017, placed WAFERS BOROVETS in 1st place for quality in the category of Wafers.
Technology
Maintaining the great taste and the high quality of our products requires us to constantly improve the technological base and use the finest ingredients and raw materials in the market.
At present our sales amount to an average of 40,000,000 wafers and biscuits per month.
In 2015 was introduced biscuits production line, which was developed by the Italian industrial machinery leaders LASER S.R.L, TECHNO PACK S.R.L and the Bulgarian KASI TEMPRA PACK LTD.
Achieving and maintaining perfect production technology requires us to use only high-quality ingredients of guaranteed origin: hydrogenated vegetable oil, cocoa mass, skimmed powdered milk, natural cocoa powder, defatted coconut flakes, peanuts, hazelnuts and walnuts, emulsifiers, dried fruit and all other ingredients necessary for maintaining the high quality of our wafers and biscuits.
The packaging of our products is developed in cooperation with foreign designers and printed by high-tech precise printing facilities in the country and abroad. Our packaging meets all EU standards and requirements.
