October 1994

The production of sticks begins.
The company operates under the name Madre Pan Com SRL (until 2002). The production capacity is further developed, reaching a production of 12 tons/24 hours.
During this period, Croco sticks have established themselves as the undisputed leader on the Romanian market.

February 1999

A production line for sugary and gluten-rich biscuits is put into operation, with a capacity of 14-19 tons/24 hours (depending on the product).
This capacity introduced the products Croco Picnic, Croco Petit Beurre, Croco biscuits with cream and Croco Petit Crema to the Romanian market.

January 2002

A production line with a capacity of 24-31 tons/24 hours (depending on the product) was put into operation.
At that time, Croco introduced and promoted on the Romanian market the following products: Croco Brezel, Croco Maxi Brezel, Croco Crackers, Croco Mini Sticks and Croco Mini Petit Beurre.
At that time, the new product range was very poorly represented on the Romanian market. In a short time, Croco managed to establish itself as a leader, becoming the largest domestic producer of Brezel and Crackers.
A production space with ultra-modern auxiliary equipment was built, with an area of 3,866 sq m.
