About us
AS Värska Originaal (until January 2022 AS Värska Vesi) is a family business that started already in 1993. We bottle and market Värska mineral water which we extract from deep underground in the forests of Southern Estonia.

Traditions
We produce the genuine and first natural mineral water in Estonia and, at the same time, develop other products based on it. Värska mineral water was already extracted in 1973, and we still get it the same way today – from deep underground, retaining all its beneficial properties. And to carry on the traditions even more, we bottle the same crystal-clear Värska Originaal in a high-quality glass bottle again.
Development
We respect technological development and increase production efficiency, while always being environmentally friendly. For example, we are the first beverage producer in Estonia that started putting its products in bottles made of recycled plastic.

Värska Original
Värska Originaal contains an almost ideal amount of natural mineral salts: 2.2 g per one liter of water. Therefore, Värska Originaal helps restore minerals, trace elements and fluids that the body loses after physical activity – in the best way. The ordinary tap water is not enough, because only mineral water contains important substances, such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, which are lost from the body during sweating after exercise.
It’s no secret that salt accentuates the flavor of food and that mineral water is part of our food experience – not only in the gourmet kitchen. Due to the high content of mineral salts, Värska Originaal is perfect for enjoying with delicious food both in a restaurant and at home. Värska Originaali aluseline mineraalvesi on tervistav sõõm kogu kehale. Alkohol, kohv, maiustused, valged jahutooted, piimatooted, liha ja paljud muud ained jätavad kehasse happelise jäägi, mistõttu on hea oma pH tasakaalu aluliselise veega toetada. Lisaks sisaldab see mitmeid mineraale, nagu kaltsium, naatrium ja kaalium. Need mineraalid on looduslikult aluselises vees kehale kõige kergemini omastatavad, kuna on vette imbunud miljonite aastate jooksul, 470 meetri sügavusel reservuaarides. Aga see pole veel kõik. Since it comes from the higher mineral water layers of the earth, it contains less minerals than Värska Originaal. Therefore, Värska Naturaal does not have a salty taste. It offers refreshment and is ideal for the whole family to quench thirst or to drink with food.
