MORACELL s.r.o. was established in 2000 as a distribution company. Initially, it focused on the wholesale of personal hygiene products, but thanks to its dynamic growth, it soon launched two production lines for toilet paper and kitchen paper towels. Currently, the company employs approximately 100 people. Brand name of our own product is Big Soft . We are increasingly promoting Big Soft not only on the Czech market, but also abroad – especially in Slovakia, in Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and the Baltic countries.
In 2018, the company invested in the construction of a new hall and a new production line, which was completed installed and launched at the end of the year.
From the second quarter of 2019, the second production line was put into full operation. By this strategic investment the company has doubled its production capacity and by using the synergy effects of the operation of both lines, a significant increase was taking place increase production efficiency.

In the coming years, we want to become a leader in the production of household paper hygiene on the Czech and Central European trades.
Implementation of new technologies in practice
We work with the the most modern technologies developer by our international partners. Our technology park includes, among others, the Amica Matrix rewinding machine, the Yaskawa robot, the Prolog cutting knives and the Allen Bradley and Simatic control systems. We are preparing for the delivery and assembly of a new production line tailored to our production needs.
